Our chef and owner Mario always says that 'traditional cuisine reflects the character of the people who lived here, with their strengths and their weaknesses'. That is why, in our menus, we like to combine sophisticated and innovative tastes with more authentic flavours inspired directly by tradition.
Among the first courses, 'minestre' certainly cannot be missing; this is how we call fresh pasta, the queen of every table, that brings joy and fills you up, because you will soon discover that a true Romagnolo cannot leave the table without feeling completely full!
